- By sending in your work you confirm that you hold the rights to the pictures, that no rights of third parties are involved and in the case of photos with people on them that no personal rights are being violated. In case a photo contains one or several people, these must agree to the publishing of the picture. You must be able to provide written agreements of the above mentioned if required. If third parties were to set claims about violation of rights, you exempt us of any claims. The judge’s decision is final.
- You explicitly agree with the digital version of “kamerakunstmagazin”. “kamerakunstmagazin” has no commercial intention.
- When we receive your photos we are in charge of layout and design of your pictures. We assure to treat your pictures with respect and decency.
